Task

In the summer of 2021 Stevan Paul visited for the first time the great Italian winemaking family Rallo, got to know the wines and the people of the wineries of Donnafugata. On NutriCulinary appeared for this purpose his article on "The island of winds and wines". At José Rallo's request, he organized and hosted the family's only German event a year later in collaboration with Panama PR: a sparkling menu evening with a vintage tasting of the legendary Mille e una Notte from magnum bottles - exclusively for 40 press representatives, influencers, the wine trade and wholesalers. In 2023, Oliver Wagner visited the family's vineyards on Mount Etna.
