Basedahl ham, Hollenstedt


Ten years ago, Stevan Paul visited Henning Basedahl for the first time and wrote an article about "probably the best ham in Germany". The enthusiasm developed into a deeper understanding of the products from Lower Saxony. Oliver Wagner and Stevan produced instructional videos for Team Basedahl, accompanied by a look behind the scenes in moving pictures in Oliver's online magazine Kochfreunde. These videos can be used in a variety of ways, such as charming promotional moving image content, like in Stevan's asparagus cooking school on his online magazine NutriCulinary.
