Red Boat Fish Sauce, Vietnam

Task

Already in 2018, Oliver Wagner and Stevan Paul visited Vietnam at the invitation of the Red Boat company. On a round trip they got to know the Pham family and their famous Red Boat Fish Sauce. Stevan Paul published a four-part travel report on this subject on his online magazine NutriCulinary. Oliver Wagner also reports on his online magazine Kochfreunde and shot the footage for numerous rousing short films during the trip, which he provided to Red Boat Fish Sauce. The Tagesspiegel published in its Sunday edition Stevan's reportage "Cuong Pham and the Soul of the Sardines". Effilee magazine featured seven double-page spreads of Stevan's recipe travel story "Vietnam in Six Courses" - with atmospheric reportage photography by Oliver.
