Pecorino Romana DOP
Task
As brand ambassador, Stevan Paul has been in charge of recipe creation for three years and has been a jury member several times at the two-day Pecorino Roman DOP Cup Germany, in Frankfurt am Main. In this cooking competition for apprentices from the second and third year of their apprenticeship, the young people from Tim Raues businesses of the Überfahrt and the Hotel Bareiss, also took part. Technical articles, a topic-specific cooking school and post-competition reporting are, of course, part of the overall brand ambassador package.
