Léonie Corentin: Out of love and passion for the craft
Léonie Mohnert and Corentin Féraud are trained chocolatiers and patissiers. They have learned and perfected their craft with the best French masters.
Léonie trained with Philippe Conticini at the renowned La Pâtisserie des Rêves. She then worked in the patisserie of London’s Clos Maggiore restaurant in Covent Garden and later with the innovative chocolate artist Patrick Roger in Paris. It was there that she met her husband Corentin.
Together, they honed their skills with Christophe Michalak, a top pastry chef, before deciding to open their own chocolate factory in Hamburg-Eppendorf at the end of 2022.

Christian Josephi from the Bureau de Champage in Stuttgart was there especially for this delightfully enlightening evening to celebrate the special symbiosis of Champagne and the art of chocolatiers with Léonie Corentin’s guests. The occasion was also the worldwide Champage Day, which always takes place on the 4th Friday in October.
The Bureau du Champagne represents the interests of the Comité Champagne in Germany and Austria. The Champagne houses and winegrowers are about their Associations in the Umbrella organization Committee Interprofessionnel you Vin en Champagne organized, the their Interests preserves. To the Main tasks of the Committee Champagne counts the Protection and the Promotion the Designation of origin Champagne. The Bureau you Champagne takes over in the Order of the Committee the Public relations, Media relations, Training and Further training, and the Protection the Designation of origin in Germany and Austria.
